This page is meant to be a landing page that houses public forms and information for UT Martin's student organization leaders. Select what you are looking for from the list of recourses and forms available through this page below.
Each spring semester all student organizations at the University of Tennessee at Martin are required to update their organization's OrgSync profile page. This action will fulfill each organization's obligation to submit an "update" to the Office of Student Life on an annual basis in order for the organization to maintain its active status with the university.
The annual update period for the 2015-16 academic year will be Jan. 1, 2016 - April 29, 2016. Organizations who do not submit their profile will be moved to an inactive status. Organizations can remain in an inactive status for up to two years before being eliminated.
Please refer to the student handbook (pg. 58) for details regarding a student organization's responsibility to the university.
The Office of Student Life is now offering the 2nd generation of the Event Request system for student organizations. Event Requests combines three steps in the event planning process into one electronic form that is available 24/7.
2nd generation Event Requests allows student organizations to post their events to the campus activities calendar, request rooms / reserve tables and complete solicitation in one form. The Event Request process can be accessed through each organization's OrgSync portal. Not all campus buildings are available through this process. A list of participating buildings is listed on the form.
How to Access and Use the Event Request System
This is a walk-through on event requests for student organization leaders and advisors. Below are a list of steps and a video. A special note: Only members designated as administrators for their organization's OrgSync portal can register events.
Gold star events are events that student organizations are strongly encouraged to participate in. Attendance at these events is used to determine the level of travel funds an organization receives through the Office of Student Organizations and awards.
Rent-A-Table has now been added to the Event Request form in OrgSync.
The student handbook at UT Martin contains important UT Martin policy and procedures that student organizations must follow. This information can be found beginning on page 58.
It is important when a new president is elected or a new advisor joins the organization that the Office of Student Life be notified quickly of the changes. Before you begin, please review the President and Advisor transition and eligibility information. You will be asked to provide name, UTM email for the president and name, UTM email, and office phone number for advisors.

Use of the UT Martin name, logos or trademarks of any kind on your gear requires special permission. Please make sure that your design is approved by UT Martin's graphic designers before creating your product. Also, if your design includes a UT Martin logo, your gear must be produced by a certified vendor. Below is the Office of Student Life's short list of certified vendors.
